1. Who we are

These Terms are between you and Here4U Community Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16719056), incorporated on 15 September 2025.

2. Using our website

You may use here4ucommunity.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Scrape, copy or reproduce large portions of the site without permission
• Attempt to break into, disrupt, or interfere with the website
• Impersonate any person or organisation

We may update, change or remove content at any time without notice.

3. Joining the community

Joining Here4U is free. By signing up you agree to follow our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to decline or end anyone's membership if their behaviour doesn't align with our community values.

4. Attending events

Most of our events are free. Some have a small fee to cover costs (e.g. hikes, meals). Fees are shown clearly before you book.

• Booking: A confirmed booking is your agreement to attend (or let us know in advance if you can't).
• Cancellations: Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
• Refunds: Paid events are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Closer to the event, refunds are at our discretion, usually where a hardship applies.
• Your safety: You attend events at your own risk. We do our best to run safe, welcoming events, but you're responsible for your own wellbeing, insurance, and (where relevant) fitness to take part in physical activities like hikes.
• Under-18s: Our events are for adults (16+ with parental consent, 18+ otherwise unless specifically noted).

5. Our music

Music by Here4U Collectives is made available through streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and others). All rights are reserved. You can listen, share streaming links, and enjoy it, please don't re-upload, remix, or use it commercially without our written permission.

6. Your content

If you share stories, messages, photos, or feedback with us (for example, through our contact form or at events), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to run and promote the community. We'll never publish anything identifying without your clear consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, text, design, graphics, the Here4U name and logo, belongs to Here4U Community Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or re-use it without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

8. Third-party links

Our site links to external platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. We're not responsible for what happens on those platforms, they have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example, liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Subject to that:

• We provide the website and events on an "as-is" basis without specific warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the website or attend events after changes counts as acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
